Elements Mountain Company is highlighting our new service called Always Clear. We have listened to your requests for additional service and understand that some driveways would benefit from an elevated level of service.
Always Clear will be offered on days when the snowfall is between 1-3” at our Teton location and we are not running a regular snow shift. Unlike our regular service where we need 4” by 7am, Always Clear shift will be called if there is 1-3” by 9am.
If you elect to add the Always Clear service, here is how it works. Please read carefully:
No seasonal minimum or upfront fee.
The cost will be for each time your driveway is plowed. Rates start at $50 per time.
The Always Clear service is a subscription just like our regular service. It’s not a one-time service or an a la carte option.
Our Always Clear routes will be established prior to the snow event just like our standard service.
On the days we call an Always Clear shift, you will be automatically charged, your set rate. We will need a credit card on file.
Like our standard service, you will receive an email update to let you know a shift was called.
Always Clear is only offered to existing snow clients.
If you elect this service, it will go into effect 48 hrs after you sign-up.
Customers can opt-out after sign-up if unhappy with the service, however once you opt-out, the service cannot be added back until the following season.
Always Clear shifts will start before 12pm only.
Caveat: In the event that it snows 1-3” by 9 am and we run an Always Clear shift in the late morning, and it continues to snow in the afternoon and evening, we will not be going out again until the next day. Depending on the amount of snowfall, we will either be running a regular, full shift overnight (included in your regular season service) or another Always Clear shift the next day.
With these parameters, we would run 5-8 Always Clear shifts on average.
